The path to the world’s richest greyhound race begins this Thursday night with the running of the first TAB Melbourne Cup Prelude series.
Banjo Boy, Musquin Bale, Farmor Las Vegas, Campaspe Will, Warrior King, My Bro Fabio, Marcus Joe and Oakvale Destiny are among the stars that will greet the starter on Thursday night with the winner of each of the four TAB Melbourne Cup Preludes booking their berth in the heats of the world’s richest greyhound race.
Additional TAB Melbourne Cup Preludes will be run on Thursday 9 October, Thursday 23 October and Thursday 6 November, with the heats to be run the following week. The $600,000 TAB Melbourne Cup final will be run on Friday 21 November.
