The Sandown Greyhound Racing Club today announced Fernando Bale, Lady Toy and Lamia Bale as finalists for the club’s 2015 Greyhound of the Year.
The triumvirate of canine superstars combined to win 21 races – including five at black type level – and over half a million dollars in prize money at Sandown Park in 2015.
The Sandown Greyhound of the Year is voted on by the club committee, CEO and Racing Manager, with the winner to be announced during the club’s $2 race night on Thursday 21 January, coinciding with the Listed Maidment Memorial and Listed Australian Sprint.
