The Sandown Greyhound Racing Club, in conjunction with Greyhounds Entertainment, today launched its Greyhound Community Fund.
Open to not for profit community organisations within the City of Greater Dandenong, the Fund will provide financial support to organisations in the areas of health, recreation or cultural awareness.
Organisations may apply for grants of between $250 and $20,000, and are limited to one application per calendar year. Applications are now open and will be reviewed quarterly by the Fund’s committee from the first week in October.
The Fund is in addition to existing sponsorships with community organisations including the Southern Football League and Dandenong District Cricket Association.
