NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
You are advised that the Fifty Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Sandown Greyhound Racing Club will be held in the Henry Harrison Grandstand at Sandown Park, Lightwood Road, Springvale, on Tuesday October 25, 2011, at 7.30 p.m.
AGENDA
1. Adoption of Report of Directors and Auditors and Financial Statements to June 30, 2011.
2. Appointment of Auditors.
3. To elect three (3) Directors in Accordance with the Articles of Association.
In accordance with Article of Association 30 (d), the Directors required to retire are:-
Mr. N. Brown
Mr. J. Sharkie
Mr. P. Rowell
and may offer themselves for re-election.
Nominations for the position of Director, of which three (3) are required, to hold office for the following two years, close with the Chief Executive Officer at 5pm on Wednesday September 7, 2011.
