RSN Sandown Cup winner Rajasthan will take his place in Sunday’s Speed Star Stayers following this morning’s scratching of Han Solo.
Rajasthan was the ninth fastest qualifier for the $50,000 event following his 42.034 trial on Monday 2 September.
Pending no further scratchings, Rajasthan will meet Speed Star Stayers favourite Tornado Tears setting up a mouth watering match between the last two RSN Sandown Cup winners.
The final match ups will be confirmed at scratching time on 8.30am on Sunday 15 September.
